This is an Application for condonation of 104 days delay caused in preferring Criminal Application for Leave to Appeal. 2.
On issuance of notice on this Application, learned Advocate Mr. Shrikant Sali causes appearance for Respondent No.1 and learned Advocate Ms. Monica Bagwe causes appearance for Respondent No.2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that, the Applicant, being the Central Government Agency, was required to process the proposal at various levels before obtaining sanction to fle Application for leave to Appeal. He submits that, the delay is due to administrative process and the same may be condoned.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.2. They submit that, no documents are enclosed in support of the Application and therefore, the delay is not bona fde. They submit that, the Application be rejected.

The Application for condonation of delay is on an Affdavit sworn in by one of the Offcer from the Agency. There is nothing to show that, the said reasons are incorrect. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'A'. Application is disposed off accordingly.
