The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2018. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner was elected as a Member of Grampanchayat from the ST category.

The petitioner shall appear before the Respondent - Committee on 08-09-2021.

The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceeding within four months.
