The petitioner has come with a limited prayer that the respondent No. 2 should forward the proposal as directed in letter dated 26.02.2024 i.e., Exhibit 'G' by the Desk Officer, Disabled Welfare Department. It appears that the proposal was already filed in the year 2018 and still some reminder appears to have been filed on 14.02.2024. Thereupon, the Desk Officer has given letter dated 26.02.2024 to respondent No. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and makes a statement that within a period of four weeks, proposal would be forwarded.
