It is not a matter of controversy that cognizance of the complaint tendered by petitioner has been taken by the Director of Marketing and the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ahmednagar, has been informed to investigate into the matter and submit his report by communication dated 26.05.2016. 2.

In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to the Director of Marketing to take appropriate steps, if deemed necessary, in the complaint presented by petitioner, in accordance with provisions of law and after holding due enquiry into the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed.
