This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the respondents.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that in the connected matters, this Court by order dated 23rd October, 2020 has permitted the claimants therein to withdraw 75% of the amount, on certain conditions.

3.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the order dated 23rd October, 2020 passed in favour of similarly situated claimants, the application is allowed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking and 50% along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
