Learned advocate for the petitioner, in the light of a copy of the intervention application served upon him, submits that the petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw this writ petition. 3.
It is an becoming of litigant to file a fresh writ petition in spite of dismissal of the writ petition for the selfsame relief, may be for non removal of the office objections.

Leave is granted and the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, however, the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.2,000/- in this court within two weeks.
