This petition can be disposed of by directing the Collector to decide the application tendered by the petitioners seeking regularisation of their possession over the Government land in accordance with the directives issued by the Supreme Court in in the matter of Jagpal Sing & others Vs. State of Punjab & others (Civil Appeal No.1132/2011 : S.L.P. (C) No.3109/2011 as well as the Government policy declared on 12.7.2011.
