Learned A.P.P., on instructions, informs that investigation in the Crime would be completed within a period of three months from today and charge sheet would be presented to the appropriate court. A communication issued by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Aurangabad dated 31.03.2016 is placed on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the statement made above, grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, stands substantially redressed.

Petitioner makes a grievance that his pension account has also been frozen by the Investigating Officer and as a result of that, he is not in a position to withdraw money for his livelihood. Even otherwise, it is not desirable and proper to freeze pension account. Pension is a right of employee by virtue of the

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Aurangabad, who is present in the Court, states that even if pension account has been frozen earlier, same will be released within fifteen days from today. Statement made is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
