PER COURT :- It transpires that, Regular Civil Suit No.190 of 2003 in respect of subject matter of the petition, is pending before the trial Court. The respondent herein, are also impleaded as party - defendants in the said suit.

It would be open for the petitioner to secure appropriate orders from the Civil Court.

The petitioner claims that, the relief sought in the petition cannot be considered by the Civil Court. Petitioner seeks

{2} wp 2934.15.odt preventive order against respondent Nos. 7 and 8 from receiving amount in respect of work done by them. The request made by the petitioner for injuncting the respondents from receiving the bill amount in respect of work done by them need not be considered in the instant petition.
