Present Civil Application is filed for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar dated 03.01.2022 dismissing the Writ Petition Stamp No.4970 of 2021 for not removing the office objections.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within a period of two (2) weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

We have perused the averments made in the Civil

936-CA.4070-22.odt Application. We accordingly pass the following order : (i) Order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the learned Registrar is set side.

(ii)It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within two (2) weeks from today, the order passed by the learned Registrar to stand restored and the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated. No order as to costs.
