The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the claimants had filed a claim petition mentioning her name "Rukhminibai". However, in the Aadhar card, her name is "Rukhman". Since there is a difference in her name in the claim petition and the Aadhar card, the ofÏce is not releasing the money. In such circumstances, the applicant should furnish an afÏdavit that "Rukhminibai" and "Rukhman" is the same person. The ofÏce should release the money on furnishing afÏdavit as above. 3.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
