Mr.Shinde, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/society submits that 26 students had been admitted in the relevant quota by holding Common Entrance Test for the First Year B.Ed. course pertaining to the academic year 2016-2017. Approval of their admission was sought for from the respondents but was not granted, leading to institution of this writ petition. During the pendency thereof, those students have pursued the entire course of study and their final results have also been declared. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for decision on this writ petition; hence, khs/Jun.2021/3249
