These appeals are placed before Lok Adalat by the appellantState. 2.

Mr. Pradipkumar Raosaheb Pawar, Rehabilitation Officer/Tahsildar, Nandurbar is present. He informs to have instructions to withdraw the appeals since the amount of compensation awarded by Reference Court is well below four times of the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer in view of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018. The amount is already deposited. It is submitted that the amount is even withdrawn

As such, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act.
