DATE : MARCH 12, 2025 ORDER :- The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Sakshi Sandiprao Khopade. The petitioner filed this petition for Habeas corpus, i.e. for production of his wife. It is his case that after he married her, her parents took her away without her consent. This Court, therefore, issued notice in the petition. 2.

Today, said person - Sakshi Sandiprao Khopade appeared before us. On enquiry, she told her date of birth as 06.02.2004. A copy of her school leaving certificate is placed on record. The same vouch for her date of birth. As such, she is a major, i.e. little over 20 years of age. Since she being above 18 years of age, we leave her to
