We have heard learned advocate for the petitioner as also Mr. Vibhute who appears for respondent -Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

The parties are unanimous that the petition together with civil application can be disposed of directing concerned respondent No. 3 - the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, to consider the petitioner's request dated 19.02.2025 1/2

914 WP NO. 3138 OF 2025 (Exhibit - 'B') which he has addressed to the Education officer (Primary) but copy of which has been submitted with the office of the concerned the Chief Executive Officer.

The writ petition, as well as the civil application, is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 3 - the Chief Executive Officer to consider the petitioner's request in accordance with law on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within two weeks.
