When the present petition is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the petitioner has also preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Minister against the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad and the same is pending. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already approached the appellate forum, there seems no proprietary in keeping the present petition pending. 2.

In the circumstances, the present petition can be disposed of with the following order:

ORDER

i) The Hon'ble Minister, Rural Development Department State of Maharashtra, shall hear and decide the appeal filed

ii) Interim relief passed by this Court on 01.03.2019 shall continue till disposal of the appeal by the Hon'ble Minister. iii) Parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 09.04.2019.

iv) The writ petition stands disposed of.
