The petitioner seeks issuance of appointment order on the ground that he has been selected but appointment order is not issued. The Respondents have stated that the petitioner has suppressed the fact that the offence is registered against the petitioner U/ss 354, 507 of the I.P.C.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner had applied on 7.8.2012, pursuant to the advertisement and he has undergone physical test on 5.2.2013. The offence is registered thereafter on 1.4.2013, as such it is not a case of suppression of facts. 4.

It appears that the petitioner has given representation for

giving appointment on 3.12.2013. Considering the fact that no decision has been taken on the said representation, we are not considering the merits of the contentions and we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent authority shall consider the representation dated 3.12.2013 (Exh.E) filed by the petitioner on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months. The petitioner may place all such relevant facts before the authority. b) The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
