A limited relief sought in the present Writ Petition is to grant stay to the order dated 07.01.2022 passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Beed, pending the appeal preferred against the said order before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad. Pertinent to note that the said appeal is registered as Second Appeal No.241/2020. 2.

Since it is not in dispute that the appeal is pending, the relief sought by the petitioner, that during pendency of the appeal, the impugned order dated 07.01.2020 be stayed, cannot be granted. The petitioner is at liberty to move the appellate authority for grant of stay and request for disposal of the appeal in any case, which is pending since 2020.
