Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants. 2.

By this application as many as 170 petitioners out of 217 petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11847 of 2017 pray for withdrawal of the petition to their extent. In the application along with affidavit it is stated that these applicants / 170 petitioners have amicably settled their dispute with their employer - respondent No.7 involved in the petition out of Court. As such

ca3582.19 (2) they be permitted to withdraw the petition to their extent. 3.

Only to seek sport to the statement as a cautionary measure, we have requested the learned Counsel as to whether any of the applicants is present in this Court. Learned Counsel responded us and submitted that Shri Vijay Dnyanoba Lokhande - petitioner No. 45 in writ petition and applicant at Sr. No. 26 in the list of these 170 applicants is present in this Court. On a query put to Shri Vijay Dnyanoba Lokhande, he states before us that he and all these applicants made request to the Counsel and accordingly the application is prepared for withdrawal of the petition to their extent. 4.

In view of aforesaid facts, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly. (S. M. GAVHANE, J.) (PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.) amj
