Learned counsel for the respondent objects to permit withdrawal of amount.

It was an injury claim. The applicant is a woman working as labour. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) in deposit as against usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
