The petitioner is objecting to the modality in respect of conduct of inquiry.

The challenge raised is at the initial stage and inquiry is yet to be conducted and report is also expected to be submitted after verification of record. The petitioner does not have any entitlement at this stage to stall the process of inquiry. If, at all, the final outcome goes against the petitioner, it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the adverse order, if any, at an appropriate stage in adherence to the provisions of law.

In exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, we refrain to cause interference in the matter. There is no substance in the petition.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
