The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner was issued with the caste certifcate by the then Executive Magistrate, Jalgaon. However, the petitioner is directed by the Committee to get the caste certifcate in Form C. On 15.06.2019, the petitioner has applied for issuance of caste certifcate in Form C.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner shall also fle an online application with the Sub Divisional Ofcer, Jalgaon. The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certifcate issued by the Executive Magistrate, Jalgaon in the year 1994 with the Sub Divisional Ofcer.

The Sub Divisional Ofcer upon verifcation of the tribe certifcate issued to the petitioner by the Executive Magistrate, Jalgaon in the year 1994, shall issue the tribe certifcate to the petitioner in Form C, preferably within a period of six weeks. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
