The petitioners seek regularization of encroached land.

The learned Counsel submits that in the year2016 the Tahsildar had sought report from the Circle Officer (Page No.34) but no decision has been taken on it as yet.

In case, the application of the petitioner for regularization of the encroachment is pending with the authorities, then the authorities shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of six (06) months.

4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
