Heard Ms. Sunita Shelke, learned counsel for the applicant / acquiring body, Mr. V.V. Tarde, learned counsel for respondent no.1 / original claimant and Mr. Bhagat, learned AGP for respondent nos. 2 and 3 in respective applications. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applications and in the interest of justice, the applications need to be allowed in order to decide the appeals on its own merits.

O R D E R

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (C).

(ii) The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the appeals as per due procedure and those be numbered and place before the Court for admission.
