1) Mr. Kedar the learned counsel submits that, the petitioners have given representations with regard to the seniority list. The respondents be directed to decide the same. 2) The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that, the seniority list published is a preliminary list,

2 WP2767.15 objections are called and when making the said list final all such objections would be considered and decided.

3) The representation of the petitioners are in the nature of objections. In view of the said statement all objections would be considered while making the preliminary list final, no further orders are necessary. The respondent shall consider the objections raised by the petitioners also, while making the preliminary list final on its own merits. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
