DATE : 28th April, 2017 ORAL ORDER The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that though the Reference Court has awarded the compensation at the enhanced rate and the total amount as per the award comes to around Rs.25 Lakhs, the respondent - State has only deposited Rs.3,43,149/- before this Court. 2.

The learned AGP has also not disputed this position. 3.

In view of the above, at present the applicant is hereby permitted to withdraw the entire amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
