This application is filed under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail in Crime No.674/2023 registered with CIDCO Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for offences punishable under sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act. 2.

Learned APP objected the present application stating that applicant has not approached the trial Court for bail before filing the present application.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that applicant has not filed bail application after filing of charge-sheet in the trial Court.

In that view of the matter application is disposed of with liberty to applicant to approach the trial Court for filing bail application.
