This application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. There is circumstance in respect of which some orders have been passed by this Court. The victim girl has delivered a child and it is a rape case. 2.

In view of the circumstance, this Court wanted to see DNA report, but DNA report is not yet received. On the basis of report dated 17.04.2017, given by Police, it can be said that there will be no hurdle now for collecting blood sample of the victim girl and sending it along with samples of present applicant and the child and the report can be collected within one month. In view of
