DATE : 28th April, 2017 ORAL ORDER By order dated 29th November, 2013, passed in Civil Application No.13733 of 2013, this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on certain conditions and further directed to keep the remaining amount in any nationalized bank.

In view of the same, this application seeking withdrawal of the amount deserves no consideration.

Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
