Though the writ petition is disposed of, the Civil Application has been preferred by the petitioner for adding Secretary of Revenue and Forest Department as a party respondent, which according to the petitioners is a necessary party but could not be added erroneously. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

An innocuous order directing respondent nos. 1 to 8 to consider the petitioners' representations was passed on 05.02.2025. Adding a party at this stage, which was a necessary party but was not arrayed erroneously, would not result in causing any prejudice to anybody. 4.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed. Amendment is allowed to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the party being added. The learned A.G.P. waives service for the added respondent.
