Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the grievance raised in the petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition at admission stage. 3.
Accordingly, notice to the respondents is made returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 4 to 7 and Mr. Irale Patil, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No.11. 4.
Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 to 7 invited our attention to the exchange of communications between the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed and the Executive Engineer, Zilla Parrishad, Beed as well as between the Chief Executive
3 903-wp-4263-19.doc Officer, Zilla parishad, Beed and the Deputy Commissioner, Aurangabad dated 28/01/2019 and 17/12/2018 respectively. The said communications are taken on record and marked "X" collectively for identification. Perusal of these documents clearly show that the Deputy Chief Executive Officer promptly responded to the grievance raised by the petitioner and directed the Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to conduct an inquiry in the matter and submit a speaking report to the Divisional Commissioner office, Aurangabad. 5.
Perusal of communication dated 17/12/2018 also show that the Deputy Commissioner, Aurangabad informed the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to consider various points raised in the complaint and objections and take appropriate steps for inquiry and if needed, the concerned Executive Engineer, Water Supply Division, may visit the spot personally to facilitate him and submit a speaking report. These communications in our opinion not only addressed to the grievance raised by the petitioner, but also redressal in the form of Collector upon the Executive Engineer to submit his speaking report by conducting an inquiry, such purpose of the petitioner is duly served. 6.
