This petition is preferred by the petitioner for seeking a direction to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide her claim dated 23.12.2013 for validation, within a time frame.

The Committee has invalidated her claim earlier by order dated 21.10.2021, on the ground of territorial restrictions. She has removed the said deficiency and has submitted a fresh "Hindu Thakur" (S.T.) Certificate, to the Committee and the proceeding is under way.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the

a) The petitioner shall appear before the Competent Committee, on 11th July, 2022, at 12.00 noon.

b) The petitioner shall extend wholehearted cooperation and shall refrain from seeking adjournments, on unreasonable and trivial grounds. c) If the petitioner attempts to delay the proceedings, the Committee would advance to the next stage, in the proceedings.
