The applicant seeks extension of time for conducting enquiry as directed by this Court under its order dated 26th February, 2020 in P. I. L. No. 05 of 2020.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader and Mr. Sandanshiv, the learned advocate for the non applicant No. 1.

The reason appears to have been given, so also considering the Covid - 19 pandemic situation and for the reasons stated in the application, we extend the time by three
