Prayer Clause 'B' of the application reads as under : - "B) That proceeding bearing H.M.P.No.81/2023 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division Kallam may be transferred to the Family Court, Parbhani."

The learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection to transfer the present application in terms of prayer Clause 'B'. However, he further submits that the Court at Parbhani be directed to decide the matter expeditiously.

HMP No.81/2023 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Kallam is transferred to Family Court at Parbhani. However, it is directed that on the transfer of the petition, the applicant wife shall not seek adjournments in the matter unnecessarily. In the event, she seeks adjournment, she would inform the Advocate for the husband in advance so as to avoid inconvenience to the husband.

The parties to take common dates in all the matters, if any, pending in between them as far as possible. With above observation, the Page 1 of

It is directed that the Family Court, Parbhani, on transfer of the application, decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 7.
