The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending before the Committee. The result of the petitioner of B.A.M.S. fnal year examination is withheld.

Considering the above, we pass the following odder :- (i) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th March, 2020.

(ii) The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

2 16-WP-3727-2020 (iii) The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioners' examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

(iv) In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not restrain the petitioner from prosecuting her internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
