PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for the State places on record communication issued by the District Supply Officer dated 31.8.2015 where under, it has been clarified that the quota of kerosene receivable by the petitioner for distribution is being regularized with effect from tomorrow i.e. 1.9.2015.

In view of the communication placed on record, the grievances raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stand redressed. Petition stands disposed of.
