Present civil application is filed seeking leave to amend the memo of the writ petition.

The writ petition is at nascent stage. Even otherwise the non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of fourteen
