Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. It is submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition when the ad-interim order was in force, the Investigating Officer has filed the

cra1293.17 charge-sheet and therefore prayer is made in this Application to amend the Writ Petition.

For the reasons stated in the Application and without prejudice to the contentions of the Respondents and right to file reply, if necessary, to the amended portion of the Petition, the Application is allowed and the same stands disposed of accordingly.

Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 17th March 2017 after serving copy of the amended Petition on the counsel appearing for respective Respondents.

4.

In case steps are taken as indicated above, list the Criminal Writ Petition No.514 of 2016 on 23rd March 2017.
