This is an application to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1/A on record. The application is supported by an affidavit and copy of the death certificate. The learned Counsel for the proposed legal representatives No. 1-B to 1-E states that the proposed legal representatives have no objection to implead them as legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1-A. 3.

Thus, for reasons assigned in the application, the

The applicants-petitioners shall carry out the necessary amendment in the petition within a period of three weeks. Mr. Shaikh Mujtaba, learned Counsel, waives notice for proposed legal representatives No. 1-B to 1-E.
