This is an application for grant of temporary bail to enable applicant to fill up form to appear for upcoming NEET Medical Examination.

Learned counsel submitted that, applicant is arrested in crime no.0036 of 2025 registered with Mantha Police Station, Dist.Jalna, for offence under Sections 64(1), 137(2), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Sections 6, 8 and 12 of the
{2} cr APPLICATION NO. 829 OF 2025 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act). He further submitted that applicant is desirous of appearing in upcoming NEET Medical Examination to be held in April, 2025. However, he pointed out that last date for filling up application is 7th March, 2025 and currently he is lodged in the Prison.

This Court has already turned down the request for releasing the applicant for a day to enable him to fill up the form for aforesaid examination. However, considering the academic interest of the applicant, this Court directed learned APP to take instructions from the concerned Prison Authorities as to whether some arrangement can be made in the Prison itself to apply Online for declaring candidature. Matter was consequently kept back. Learned APP interacted with Prison Authorities and according to learned APP, it is possible for the Prison Authorities to make all necessary arrangements for filling up Online form of the applicant for NEET Medical Examination.

In view of above, Mr.Babasaheb Jadhav, father of applicant, be permitted to visit Office of Superintendent of Prison at Jalna alongwith document showing his own identity as well as all necessary documents of applicant for the purpose of filling up form of
{3} cr APPLICATION NO. 829 OF 2025 applicant for NEET Medical Examination.

The Superintendent of Prison at Jalna is directed to permit Mr.Babasaheb Jadhav, father of applicant, to enter in the Prison Premises alongwith necessary documents to fill up the form, as per Rules and Procedures mentioned in the Prison Manual and he be provided all necessary facilities for filling up the form of applicant for the NEET Medical Examination.

The Superintendent of Prison at Jalna shall permit the applicant Pavan S/o Babasaheb Jadhav to accompany his father in the Office of the Superintendent while filling up details of the application for aforesaid examination.

The Superintendent of Prison to take all necessary steps to achieve purpose of father of applicant for filling up form of the applicant for upcoming NEET Medical Examination. 8.
With aforesaid directions, Criminal Application No.829 of 2025 is disposed of.
