Mr Ade, learned Advocate for the applicants submits that, since the parties have amicably settled their dispute, the proceedings before the Trial Court has been disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 21/01/2023. He places on record copy of the order dated 21/01/2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Osmanabad. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. He, thus, submits that this application has become in fructuous and same may be disposed of.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this application and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
