1] We have heard Mr.S.R.Kolhare learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.J.Ramchandra, learned Advocate for respondents nos.2 to 4.

2] It is submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has been reinstated, however, has been transferred at Jiradgaon, Taluka Ghansavangi, District Jalna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation with respondent no.2 with regard to his transfer.

3] Mr.N.J.Ramchandra, learned Advocate appears for respondent nos.2 to 4.

5848.21WP 4] In case the petitioner has given representation making grievance with regard to his transfer with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision on the said representation on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within three [3] months. 5] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
