The dispute is as regards purported encroachment by the Gram Panchayat on the private property of the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation submits that the measurement of the land is carried out and now a compound wall is erected beyond the plot of the Petitioner, to guard the property. He submits, on instructions, that the representation of the Petitioner would be considered. 2.

Insofar as the private dispute is concerned, we would not entertain this Petition. Insofar as considering the Petitioner's representation dated 30th January, 2024, the statement made on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, is recorded.
