By filing the present application, the applicant is seeking quashment of order passed by the Registrar on 16.1.2015 whereby the petition has been dismissed against Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 on the ground that the petitioner has failed in serving the said respondents as directed by the Court vide its order passed on 12.12.2014. The learned Counsel submitted that though the appropriate steps were taken by the petitioner to serve these respondents, they could not be served for the

reason that in the meanwhile, the management of the institution got changed. The learned Counsel submitted that the petitioner now intends to bring on record the names of members of new administrative body. He has, therefore, prayed for re-call of the order dated 12.12.2014 and quashment of the order passed by the Registrar on 16.1.2015.

2) For the reason stated in the application, order dated 16.1.2015 passed by the Registrar is quashed and set aside. The writ petition stands restored against Respondent Nos. 1, 2, and 4. The petitioner is directed to take appropriate steps to bring on record the names of members of new administrative committee within two weeks. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
