2 WP 10690/2010 3) As the reasons are to follow, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there will be councelling at 2.00 p.m. and there is possibility that as open category candidate the petitioner may get chance for getting admission to the Post Graduate course, he wants clarification as to whether if the petitioner is able to get this admission in open category, that said seat for petitioner can be considered.

4) If the petitioner has appeared for common entrance test and he has obtained particular number of marks and if he can compete in open category, he can be considered in the open category if otherwise eligible.
