The learned AGP points out that this petition was filed for challenging the order dated 25/08/2003 passed by the Registrar of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad cancelling the election of the Secretary of the Students Council. With the passage of 16 years, this petition is rendered infructuous and can be disposed off. 3.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed off as being infructuous. Rule is discharged.
