DATE : 26th APRIL, 2023 P.C.:- Counsel for non-applicant has opposed the prayer, as according to him, the applicant was not diligent in pursuing the proceedings. However, having regard to the cause disclosed in the petition, delay of 98 days stands condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Library, within three weeks from today. In case, if the cost is not deposited, the application shall stand dismissed without reference to the court. Statement made by counsel for applicant that the office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks is also accepted as an undertaking to his court.
