Learned counsel for the acquiring body produced a copy of order made in other connected matters. It appears that this Court had given time of 12 weeks for depositing the amount. Copy of the said order is taken on record.

The application is allowed. Stay is granted to the execution of judgment and Award of Reference Court

-:(2):- subject to the condition of depositing entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution of judgment and Award.
