The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner is not issued with the copy of the vigilance report. The schedule for admission to the Engineering course would be declared at any time. The committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding.

The learned A.G.P. appears for all respondents. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2/ committee on 15.06.2021 and obtain the copy of the vigilance report. 4.

The petitioner shall file say to the vigilance report within a

2 943-wp 6447-2021.odt period of seven (07) days from the date of receipt of the copy of the vigilance report. The committee shall endeavour to decide the said matter within a period of one (01) month from the date of filing of say. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
