The conditional ad-interim order dated 07/08/2018 has not been complied with despite several opportunities. The said order was vacated on 29/01/2019.

In view of the above, there can be no interim relief to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Trial Court shall proceed with HMP No.80/2017 on its own merits. If possible, the Trial Court would expeditiously dispose of the said proceedings. 4.

Considering the above, both these petitions need not be kept pending and therefore stand disposed off.
